The worlds fastest scheduling app
PROJECT_
What was originally a scheduling tool that lets users manage their phone calls. The platform has now evolved to scheduling calls and meetings, which ultimately defends against unwanted or unexpected intrusions in a highly efficient way
PIVOT_
Initially this was solely a UI project however we soon realised the product itself needed to be evaluated even before we started to think about visuals. The client was happy for the team a dive into the core use of the product further in order to really suss out the pain points
GOALS_
_Create a platform that compresses the 2 to 10 hours spent per week on scheduling down to minutes.
_Unify the UI across all major platforms (Android, iOS and Website)
_Rebrand the original visual design system

PROCESS_
01_Meeting the client.
Our first meeting with the client was to firstly introduce ourselves as the design team taking on the project. We also wanted to get a clear understanding about the deliverables as this was only a 4 week project we wanted to manage expectations so we could prioritise our work accordingly.
02_Research.
We started off tackling the brief given to us through research and initial user testing. Straight away we came across great insights to present to the client in our next meeting.
03_Wireframe Evaluation.
The original wireframe was evaluated by the insights we gathered during user testing. This gave us some ideas about potential features that the app could have to improve overall user experience.
04_Concept Testing
Visual exploration
The rebrand.
What is Track?
The name TRACK originates from the concept of the app being fast. The name also signifies the core purpose of keeping ‘track’ of the user's schedule.
INSIGHTS_
The idea began from the significant rise in received calls from india as the cost of calling was exceptionally cheap. The client discovered a real need for users that wanted a way to manage the high income of calls.
Although the idea started as an app for time restricted users, research showed that there was also a demand to use desktop as well as mobile.
